Footy Fit Champions

The ‘Cobras Footy Fit Program’ is intended to provide footy skills, fitness and wellbeing related content for the kids during this time. It will consist of 45 minute pre-recorded on-line sessions focusing on two age groups - U9/U10’s and U11/U12/U13’s. These sessions are intended to be fun, interactive and will concentrate on developmentally appropriate skills that can be completed at home in your own time.
